1. What is CynoCast?

Cynocast is powerful web software that allows your business to communicate more efficiently with your audience by instantly delivering targeted web pages to their computer screens. Cynocasts are created using a simple robust software tool called "Live Dashbboard."

2. How is CynoCast different from online meeting and screen sharing software?

CynoCast's advanced technology platform is designed for sales and support applications - not on-line meetings like Webex. It eliminates all the issues that screen-sharing programs have. With CynoCast, there is no software to install on either end; there are no registrations or logins at all; it doesn't take over the client's machine; the graphics don't appear 'mangled' as in some programs; and it launches pages almost instantly.

3. How do I create a CynoCast?

You create Cynocasts by using our Live Dashboard tool. You can add web pages, MS Office documents, and audio files that you want your audience to see and hear.

5. Can I make CynoCast run from my own site?

Yes, and it's really easy! CynoCast's advanced re-direct technology allows us to email you a simple html file that you can FTP to any location at your site. Then, tell your audience to go to yoursite.com/yourname and they are instantly connected to your CynoCast.

6. What equipment configuration and software do I need?

If you are able to view this page, you have the requirements it takes to both run and view a CynoCast. However, both the CynoCaster and your audience require either a Cable, Fiber, or DSL broadband connection.

7. How does an audience member use CynoCast?

They simply click on a web link or enter the URL of CynoCast, and then sit back and watch.

8. How many audience members can CynoCast support at one time?

CynoCast can support thousands of concurrent users. For capacity questions, please contact your CynoCast sales representative.

9. How Secure Is CynoCast?

CynoCast's self-hosted solution lets you transmit Web page launches from your site to the CynoCast server via our secure 128-bit API key. Your messages are sent quickly and safely from Live Dashboard, and back to the CynoCast client without exposure to Web threats.
